Position: Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter/ Team Lead
Team Leader HR 4 to 7 Years Experience: 55-60 K Budget, 30% Hike on current ctc/ last ctc
Recruiter Max 30% Hike on current or last ctc- 20-25 K

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Skills and Qualifications
1 to 4 years experience in recruitment- Recruitment
Team Leader of 7-15 members in HR only
Non-IT recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple client/roles simultaneously
Exposure in BFSI recruitment will be added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Experience developing recruiting strategy
Flexible working hours
Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday's working, Sunday Off
Only for Recruitment experience.
Location: Bangalore
WFH Currently. Pan India candidates and 15 days to immediate joiners max preferred.
Preferred Immediate to 10 days max joiners
