We are hiring for Permanent Work from Home profile for one of our Premium Client here in Teleperformance.
Designation - Customer Service Associate.
Work Mode - Work From Home - Permanent
Job Responsibility :
1) Candidate must have Good Communication Skills.
2) Candidate Should have Good Written and Verbal Skills.
3) Candidate Should have Good thought process while able to giving the solution to the customers.
4) Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
5) Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution
6) Establishing a positive rapport with all customers via Call.
7) Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
Below are System requirements -
Laptop - Windows 10/4 GB Ram/ i3 Processor/ Working Webcam and Mic.
Broadband - Minimum 50 MBPS speed Required.
Qualification -
Minimum 10 + 2 Required.
Any Graduate will be considered.
Salary -
CTC - 22 K CTC.
