Openings for Relationship Officer (MIRO) Position in Tamilnadu Rural location
Coimbatore, Salem Perundurai Edappadi Omalur Mettur Karamadai Vadamadurai Tirumangalam Rajapalayam Surandai Pattukotai Kumbakonam Mayiladuthurai Chidambaram, Rasipuram, Ellampillai.

Business and Financial Management
- Achievement in Volume against the target on monthly basis
- Ensuring healthy portfolio quality by ensuring timely repayment, collections.
- Ensuring delinquency within the threshold level
- Insurance Attachment as per policy
Customer Focus
- Focus on imperfect collateral segment in rural and semi urban area
- Customer engagement for document completion
- Attending customer queries & resolution in TAT People / Team
- Actively co-ordinate with the Ops, Credit and Customer.
- Co-ordinate with the concerned teams to ensure closure on disbursal. Process / Quality Improvement
- Adherence to Company process on sourcing, disbursement, collection
Sourcing through cold calls, references Timely log in the cases as per the monthly target EMI repayment awareness to customer to ensure EMI payment on due date Focus on imperfect collateral segment
