Job Description

1) Executing client checkups at centers as per packages & correct product delivery.

2) Co-ordination with Hospital staff, maintaining cordial relation with hospital employees and doctors.

3) Maintain good relations with Hospital to ensure Indus checkups get done smoothly.

4) Providing good service to our clients.

5) Assisting Indus clients at the centers, guiding them through the checkup routines.

6) Always be attentive and curtail errors in checkups beforehand.

7) Taking care of operational requirements (reports & records).

8) Operations related tasks - inventory management & adequate use of material allotted by company.

9) Maintaining and sending reports to relevant HODs as per set protocol or at times customized reports on need basis.

10) IPD,OPD authentication.

11) IPD Visits to be given to the patients (Medical as well as customer care round).

12) Coordination with the hospital billing staff for bills.

13) Coordination with hospital for early revert on medical / technical queries raised by Indus doctors.

14) Explanation of the billings break up (Indus payable & patient payable details to the client).

15) Collecting the necessary documents from the client during premium hospitalization.

16) Two hospital to be handled in Kolhapur
