Description
"Cambridge University Press & Assessment" (a global publishing company based in the UK) has set up India Operations Centre (IOC) at Tech Mahindra's facility in Hyderabad. The staff based in the IOC work as integrated members of global teams that develop and publish (both in print and digital formats), a wide variety of English Language Teaching (ELT) and Education materials along with Academic books and journals. A wide range of roles (spanning Editorial, Production, Marketing and Supply Chain Fulfillment) are being created and we are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced team members from publishing as well as non-publishing backgrounds.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge on any ERP will be preferred, should have good understanding on sales order processes like standard order, trial order, subscription based orders etc.
- Should have very good Excel skills, to generate & publish usage reports of eBooks & Journals
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Especially, good written communication skills are essential for collaborating with customers, stake holders & internal team members.
- Only B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, BBA, B.Pharma Graduates with excellent written and spoken English can apply for this role
- Strong IT skills, including standard MS Office packages, internet and email
