Roles And Responsibilities
- Reporting to the product manager while working with the product development team.
- Product data collection, including analytics tools, statistics, and consumer behaviors.
- Assessing consumer research data and documenting product flaws
- Taking account of product feature enhancement with the product team and alignment with business objectives.
reporting on project status and risk management.
- Creating marketing strategies for improved product functionalities.
- Working with the internal department on the latest product features and customer service.
- Creating effective channels for customer interaction and feedback.
Qualifying Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience in a similar role of 0to 5 years would be advantageous.
- Experience collecting and analyzing qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS, MIS, SDLC, BOM, and MDM processes.
- Understanding of programming languages such as R and Python.
