JOB DESCRIPTION - Product Support Hurix is looking to hire a talented Product Support to analyze and resolve customer concerns and problems, diagnose the root cause, and document interactions. Provide on-call and ongoing troubleshooting, technical, and hardware advice and suggestions. Support remote and local upgrades, installations, and maintenance. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Can solve SQL / PLSQL queries.
Good logical skills
Experience in database and excellent Communication Skills
Acknowledging Support tickets
Management of projects in support
Debugging client issues and sending it to respective teams
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (includes night shift)
2 rotational fixed offs
Flexible to extend work hours.
Can work from home
Maintain Confidentiality and ensure data security practices are compliant.
KEY SKILLS
Good experience working on SQL/ Database
Fluent in English
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
