Job Description
PrimaryResponsibility
- Responding to queries via QRMS tool, email, or phone.
- Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct resources.
- To provide answers confidently based on data and understanding of policy and process
- Your primary interaction is within your team and your Immediate Reporting Manager
- Adherence and Monitor the Escalation Metrix to ensure TATs are not missed
- Maintaining MIS
Desired Candidate Profile
- Someone from HR background will be an added advantage.
- Graduate
- Excellent Verbal Communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Pro-active and always pay attention to detail this is critical when it comes to huge volume of transactions to be processed
- Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and client requirements
- May need to work on extra hours in case of special Client requirements
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Agility for quick learning
- Ability to work well in a team
