Virtual Relationship managers

• VRMs act as one point of contact for all requirements or issues of bank's managed customers. VRMs are a high potential channel for banks for revenue generation through customer retention, cross-selling and portfolio management.
• Through direct and indirect means, relationship managers help firms improve relationships with clients and partners. Relationship management has two areas of focus: clients and business partners. Relationship managers use data to look for trends and problems and analyze communications, contracts, and negotiations.
• The Outbound Contact Centre supports the respective Line of Business to achieve and exceed dial targets through effective use of communication skills and envisages to provide a differential customer experience.

Skills needed to be a Virtual Relationship Manager

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• An interest in financial products and markets.
• Good mathematical and computer skills.
• Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation.

Salary : 18,000 CTC to 23,000 CTC Fresher's & Experienced

WORKING DAYS : 5.5 Days Working ( 2 days Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday )
