Job Description
Responsible for handling walk in customers and their bookings as well as queries.
Responsible for shipment inspection, booking, Air Way Bill Generation, Cash collection, and other back end activities to process the shipments smoothly.
Responsible for following daily basic activities at stores like Tele calling for Lead generation, Enquiry Monitoring and follow up, Lead Closure, referencing activities and preparing daily reports.
Responsible for instore Promotions of the Products and services as well as Seasonal Schemes.
Responsible for Data collection for the promotions.
