Roles and Responsibilities
Maximise sales of Flowserve Sanmar Mechanical Seal business in Delhi Region.
Effective coverage of MRO / OEM Customers
Interface between Customers and Organization
1. Customer Coverage and generating of enquiries with the customers assigned in his region.
2. Interaction with branch office /consultants / turnkey contractors
3. Product presentation to customers (Product features/Quality/Services etc)
4. Making cold calls and generating new customers
5. Travel extensively to ensure achieving required call frequency with the given basket of customers as per customer summary
6. Monitoring competitor strategy
7. Conversion of Competitor products to our products
8. Collect back bank guarantees, security deposits etc
9. Pre-order/post order follow ups
10. Submission of offer in time and follow-up of orders
