REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field
  • Experience: fresher
  • Negotiation, communication, ability to influence others, risk taker, problem solver, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel, including competitive positioning.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-oriented person.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions / services and products for K 12.
  • The direct field sales professional is expected to understand the school profiles, audiences and product offerings
  • Oversee the sales process at each stage from prospecting to fulfillment and follow up
  • Coordinating for market analysis and identifying thrust areas and forecast accurately. Work closely with marketing team for promotional activities
  • To conduct promotional seminars and service workshops.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system.
  • Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Collate information on competitors’ activities in the territory and analyzing the same for the business.
  • Explore and train new dealers for the product by organizing training programs, meetings, sales
