Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies and projections
- Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
- Sourcing and screening appropriate candidates and assess their eligibility by reviewing their resumes.
- Excellent screening and sourcing skills. Keyword search, Boolean search, LinkedIn search, work on huge databases
- Strong knowledge of handling job portals
- Identify ways to attract more resumes.
- Strong Analytical skills
- Emailing candidates
- Maintaining candidate data on excels
- Maintaining reports of all the candidates on excels
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in screening and sourcing resumes
- Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Job Portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc. and other Social Media platforms
- Understanding of non-technical, technical roles
- Knowledge of recruiting methods, keyword search, Boolean search, and best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (excel),
