Sales and Service Engineer - Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore
1. Meeting with clients as per appointment and cold calling.
2. Creating opportunities and converting them into positive leads.
3. Giving introduction of company's products with technical features and specifications.
4. Regular follow-up towards positive leads and converted clients.
5.Provide technical and service support in the categories of machine manufacturer OEM, system
integrators, panel builders, traders, and end users.
6. For service matters, managing all after-sales customer queries and providing solutions to clients of dealers,
sub-dealer and keeping up to date to dealers about newly products launched.
7. Giving demos and trail to customers with their applications based on practical performance.
8. Handing dealer orders and their technical queries with the suggestion of equivalent models to our
competitors to their client
9. Reporting to senior teams regarding generated customers, dealers, and sub-dealers issues about products
and rates.
10. Visiting at clients place with demo products, regular reporting after visiting.

4. Send mail with details of discount amount to accounts to issue a credit note to customer
5. Giving support for customers like Ledger statement.
6 Official Visit for Payments Recovery.
