WHAT IS REQUIRED:

  • Setting up social listening across the brand, and deliver best in class data solutions to client projects using statistical analysis and modelling techniques that deliver true insight
  • To deliver expert web analytics analysis using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Feeding your findings to the client and creative teams on a daily basis
  • Must be a strategic thinker with an innovative approach to data, pushing the boundaries of how data can be used to decode customers more emotional needs and solve business problems
  • To assist with the development of business cases in support of campaign and wider data initiatives
  • Create and provide monthly and quarterly reports for clients that use data to help guide our client teams through a narrative that includes what happened, why it happened, and the resulting data-driven recommendations
  • Create and provide ad hoc reports surrounding key initiatives
  • Confidently present monthly and quarterly reports to clients, and be the point of contact for any data-related inquiries

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE:

  • Experience with data visualization, social listening, and social analytics tools such as BrandWatch, Crimson Hexagon, UnMetric, and HootSuite
  • Advanced experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Ability to conduct high level analytics and strategy and wrap findings in a consumable presentation with an emphasis on narrative, insights, and recommendations
  • Experience conducting consumer insights research
  • Comfortable presenting interesting and high-energy reports both internally and externally
  • Comfortable balancing multiple workstreams, including multiple reporting deadlines
  • Able to advocate for the role of analytics and research, trumpeting the importance of data-based proof and the power of data-based insights
  • Get the content, customer experience and creative teams to embrace and use the data insights you produce. Ensuring the team take a test and learn approach to content; real time data and insight driven optimisation to improve performance of digital content
  • Self-driving with a track record of an entrepreneurial approach
