Requirements
1)Any Graduate fresher/UG with Technical Voice BPO Exp
2) Troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledgebase
3) Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents
4) US shifts and rotational offs
5)Excellent Communication skills
6)Flexibility to deal with operational needs
7)Basic Computer Knowledge/ Computer Fundamentals
8)Work From Office
