Description
Provide functional architecture support to Manage My Sales (MMS) and Manage My Price (MMP) tools for Sales & Pricing Performance Center of Excellence. Functional architects help to keep our tools stable and aligned with the latest Accenture business needs/requirements while staying aligned with our S&PP Leadership’s strategy.
Critical services include but are not limited to the support of incident management, MMS security provisioning, and design/testing of tool updates.
This position reports to Sales & Pricing Performance Application Architecture Senior Managers, Managers, Associate Managers or Specialists.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Work independently with moderate supervision
• Be an individual contributor with ability to recognize and seek guidance on competing priorities
• Help create and execute low complexity workplans
• Interact confidently with senior leadership within sphere of responsibility
• Provide input into the creation of operational processes and tool design/maintenance
• Demonstrate knowledge of S&PP Service Areas and how Application Architecture supports them with expertise in specific area of responsibility
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and processes, with expertise in specific area of responsibility
• Have an understanding of where and how S&PP Application Architecture fits into the bigger Accenture picture
• Responsible for an area of low size/complexity

• Proficient oral and written communications skills in English – this role requires a confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook), particularly Excel
Educational Qualification
Must have:
Undergraduate degree
English language fluency (oral and written)
Good to have:
Business Management education desirable
Skills & Work Experience
Must have:
1 year experience in tool / software development life cycle/ functional archi/application archi/sales archi/incident management
Typically has a minimum 1-2+ years of relevant experience
Good to have:
Understanding of sales processes and tools (e.g., Manage mySales) preferred
Other requirements
For candidates in the Philippines, must be open to changing shifts.
Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs (e.g., when interaction/conference calls with team members in other time zones is required, release cutover weekends, when a critical issue requires immediate resolution)
Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines
