IT Support Executive Job Description :
- Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Responding to IT support requests.
- Ability to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Good knowledge of CCTV and Biometric systems.
- Ability to manage vendors and work.
- Arranging quick service solutions that meet the needs of the clients.
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
- Tracking and managing work records.
- Compiling job reports & MIS.
IT Support Executive Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in information technology or computer science.
- Min. 2 years of work experience as a technical support engineer.
- Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Should be willing to travel with in the city, Some one whos know the local area and local language will be value added
