Job Description

JOB MISSION

  • To support the overall business strategy and help the business grow through executing various processes and SOPs developed by the organisation.
  • Leading the store operations & the team of Licians to create & maintain the Customer Experience for our customers and Licians.
  • The main area(s) of work involves reaching sales targets & increasing profits, dealing with customer service issues, staff management, safety & security issues.
  • Maintain & deliver high quality standards set by the organisation.
  • Motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Train and uplift staff for the next level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Customer Assist & Connect

- Ensure high service standards are maintained and delivered.

- Gathering feedback from the customers and fellow Licians and bridge the gap to secure customer return visits.

- Process & Cook

- To oversee the food area and to check in compliance with the food regulations.

- Ensure proper inventory / kitchen tools in place for smooth operations to deliver world class product.

- Should have a basic understanding of different cuts and personalisation as per customer choice or should have willingness to learn these.

- Ensure all the staff working with him/her to be trained as per Licious standard assessment and certifications.

- Supervise the technicians & schedule work activities, offer on floor training, and set objectives & strategies.

- Billing & Handover

- Should have a complete knowledge of POS, reports understanding and MIS / willingness to learn.

- Crisp in money management and handover.

- Ensure all petty cash / petty cash vouchers are tallied and approved of.

RELATIONSHIPS

Internal:

  • Reports to the Area Manager - EBO
  • Co-ordination with the L&D, NPD and Quality team.
  • Inter-Department relations with IT, Marketing, HR etc for any updates.

External:

  • Managing external stake holder relationship including, but not limited to,
  • Government officials in the area.
  • Vendor for the particular area.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Lead by example.
  • Extensive information in the product and customer service.
  • Sound understanding of optimisation of store operational process.
  • Working of an ERP software.
  • Exceptional communicating skills.
