Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establishing communication with every walk-in at the dealer counter, understanding their requirement and educating them about products, offers and schemes to drive conversions
  • Ensuring brand visibility at the counter through marketing activation
  • Scheduling calendarized demos and awareness drives at the counter with the support of the technical team
  • Maintaining a log of every customer interaction and purchase at the dealer
  • Maintaining visibility on counter stock
  • Obtaining geo-coordinates of IHBs in dealer catchment area
  • Servicing sub-dealers as per beat plan and building relationship with key sub-dealer
  • Activation and smooth onboarding of new sub-dealers through sales app
  • 100% updation of every lead on sales app and follow-up of conversion status with TSO


Qualification : Graduate in any discipline or diploma Holder (Civil)

Experience : 0-1 Years in Cement Industry or building Material or any retail sales

IT Skill : Basic Knowledge of Computer and MS Excel

Location : Bangalore

Skills Required: Sales,Dealing
