Roles and Responsibilities

• Communicate with Internal Stakeholders to get a clear view of their hiring needs
• Determining selection criteria
• 'Adhere to TATs and fulfil the requisition as per timelines
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Schedule interviews as per stakeholder and candidate availability and follow up to close loop
• Follow-up references and check status of candidate pipeline
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries and maintain trackers
• Liaise with vendors as per required roles
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the reporting manager
