Role: Team Lead - Inbound (Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage a team of associates in the Inbound department to ensure smooth receiving and stowing of inventory.
Process Excellence: Oversee daily operational flow, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met at every step.
Performance Management: Track and improve team productivity, accuracy, and efficiency through regular coaching and feedback.
Inventory Control: Ensure 100% accuracy in stock receiving and coordinate with external vendors and internal logistics teams.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing Amazon’s global safety and 5S standards.
Specific Form Selections
Department: If "Operations" isn't there, select "Manufacturing / Production" or "Others".
Education: Since "BCS" isn't there, select "Graduation" or "B.Tech/B.E." as they are considered equivalent for operations roles.
