Job Description

  • To Manage the day-to-day line operations of Product Support and meet process requirement
  • To Own the processes and documentation for Product Support
  • Act swiftly and accurately in a professional manner to correct any disruption that may occur to an application or application server
  • Adhere to established IT department policies & procedures and support audit related activities
  • Monitor hardware \ software usage and provide yearly hardware forecasts based on requirement
  • Collaborate with Product development teams for release activities and to provide product feedback as received from customer
  • Proactively gathers customer suggestions for enhancements and communicates to appropriate parties
  • Manage Releases to production on periodic basis, interact with internal Development, IT and infra teams, coordinate with client for release
  • Conduct periodic governance calls with clients for support and overall project perspective
     

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any B.E/B.Tech or Equivalent Degree
  • Good understanding of JAVA/J2EE technologies and version management for production support activity
  • Should have handled a team of 5+ No's
  • Good understanding of App servers Jboss for production support activity
  • Should have Hands on Experience on Java based products
  • Strong in Product Implementation, Problem resolving skills
