Description
Responsibilities
Support and, when needed, lead the delivery of training sessions focused on Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Direct Tax products (Corporate Tax, Statutory Reporting, and other tax technology applications)
Conduct training sessions remotely in a dedicated or multi-customer workshop format using our remote training solution, which includes remote hands-on exercises
Conduct dedicated customer trainings remotely or at their location
Work with clients and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training curriculum topics, methods of delivery, and sales strategy for customer and partner training
Work with product SMEs and the training content development team to create and continuously improve the content of the training materials to coincide with product updates and developments, in different delivery types (instructor-led, eLearning, videos, exams)
Perform courseware updates
Maintain and administer training surveys, tracking completion rate and scores/feedback
Book and allocate back all required travel arrangements
Communicate internally to ensure billings are accurate and timely
Actively develop ONESOURCE product knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Tax & Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
Tax knowledge and experience of working within a Corporate Tax environment
ONESOURCE Corporate Tax and/or Statutory Reporting product knowledge preferred
Proven software training experience
Customer-focused and interested in being part of a revenue-generating department
Strong verbal and written communication skills
