Job Description

• Customer outreach for driving business metrics,
• Proactive identification of opportunities and solve for Serve to sell
• Handling customer queries/complaints/requests and providing timely and quality resolution
• Credit Rotation and repeat purchase.
• Ensuring Quality and accuracy in each transaction we do with customers
• Cross-functional collaboration to drive the key metrics and solve end-to-end for customers.

Qualification

• 10+2 Qualified,or graduate degree or equivalent with 0-3 years experience
• Experience in ITEs/eCommerce companies in Tele sales/ Inside sales, shop floor is preferable
• Comfortable using computers with knowledge of MS Office or Google sheets
• Good Communication & Negotiation skills
• Effective collaboration skills
• Fluent in the English & Hindi language, both verbal and written; knowledge of regional language is a plus, Verbal Communication with Marathi and Gujrati is a added advantage.

Proficiency in any of the 1 language- Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati/Bengali.

Skills Required: Tele Calling, Communication Skills, Customers Handling
