Roles and Responsibilities
Domestic Telesales Process. Selling Insurance products on phone. (Outbound telesales of Insurance plans)
- Interested leads will be provided by the company
- No cold calling or random calling.
- The candidate needs to sell life insurance policies online through tele calling
- The candidate will be an end to end point for the customer from collecting the premiums till the issuance of the policy
- Dial & Follow up on all the leads provided and close as many leads possible.
- Providing on time resolution and services to clients.
- Day shift (10:00am to 7:00pm) Fixed timings
- 6 Days working
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduation is Mandate
- Prior experience in sales , and target oriented will be preferred
- Prior experience in Tele calling
- Languages Known: English & Hindi (mandatory), additional regional language will be advantages
- Must be a team player
- Good relationship building skills
- Preferably from BFSI Domain
- Time-management skills
