Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying and generating new Business or sales leads for the company.
- Generating leads through data mining / data provided by seniors and targeting the right point of contact.
- Making regular follow-ups with the customers.
- Responsible for explaining. the clients - based on events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be min Gradaute and should possess good oral communiation skills.
Min one year of working experience as call agent with any reputed call center.
Good in customer data base maintenance
Good MS office/ Excel knowledge would be an advantage
