Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking at candidate hiring as Executive - Telemarketing , with good communication skills in English and Tamil , with a good flair for convincing members . This is basically an appointment fixing process where you will be convincing members to be present at an Activity venue.
A. To fix up appointments with prospective customers
B. Ensure that maximum number of appointments should be made for a month
C. Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales
D. Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made.
D. Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Telemarketing Supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Eligibility - Need Good communication skills and good convincing skills and the urge to do hardcore Tele Sales.
Fresher or Experience of 1+ years in Telemarketing / Telesales or Outbound voice process. Good Communication is a must.
Desired Industry
Industrial, Hospitality, Service sector like Telecom, personal financial products, BPO, Insurance etc.
Perks and Benefits
Salary Starts with Rs 12,000 take home upto Rs 20,000 take home ( 2 Lakhs CTC upto 3 Lakhs CTC Per annum + Incentives )
Walkin - Monday to Saturday between 10 am till 6 pm
