Analysis and Improving business of growth card customers (GCC)

• Focus on service level improvements to maintain
• Minimizing the deduction month on month
• Record maintenance of all contractual customers
• Complaint Management
• Claims Management
• Escalation Handling
• MCM monthly review with customer & Forward planing about MCM discussion points
• Business tren ds monitoring and analysis
• Revenue Generation
• Contract Management
• Contract Management
• Credit note Approval
• Vehicle Management

Desired Candidate Profile

- Must have experience in Transportation industry handling end to end client management/Customer relationship management
