We are looking for a Admission Counselor who is warm, proactive, and passionate about education. In this role, you will engage with prospective students and guide them through the initial stages of their admission journey into cutting-edge undergraduate and postgraduate programs in technology.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students via RingCentral.
Update and manage student data and call notes using Zoho CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
Maintain high standards of empathy, clarity, and professionalism in all student interactions.
Provide timely feedback and insights to team managers.
