Experience Required : Any Fresher or Experienced can apply with minimum 1 Year of International or Domestic premium experience with banking, finance or fintech background can apply.
Skills Required : Excellent Communication skills + Good Typing speed + Basic Computer knowledge + Basic Process knowledge
Salary Offered : 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA

1) Answering premium customer queries via Chat/Email/Voice.
2) Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.
