* Rostering & Manpower Planning.

* Shrinkage & Attrition.

* Worked on C-SAT.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Good Communication Skills.

* Comfortable with Rotational Shift.

* At-least 2 Years of Experience in same Domain.

* Immediate Joiner.
