Job Responsibilities:

End to end client management on calls.

Handing the process of lead generation.

Relationship building with clients.

Stakeholder management.

Processing inquiries generated through tele-sales.

Responding to queries of clients and give timely support when requested.

Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.

Client Relationship management related activities.
