Looking to hire fresher and 1-year experienced US IT Recruiters. The company can get them trained in IT Recruitment (US based) if no prior experience in US IT RECRUITMENT.
Responsibilities
- Email writing, Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, Yahoo Hot Jobs, etc.), and making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Interact with US clients and companies.
- Interacting with candidates from USA, Australia & Canada
- Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.
Shifts:
- USA / Canada / Australia timings
