Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve Profit Targets for the cluster of Branches in the Zone
  • Responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales and revenue targets for the branch.
  • Source business from open market.
  • Maintain daily sales report.
  • Coordination between all the Sales Supports Departments.
  • Educate & enhance the awareness of the company's products.
  • Ensuring highest levels of Customer Service delivery.
  • Unique Promotions and Marketing Initiatives.
  • Taking care of all process and related escalations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/MBA with 1-2 years of experience (0-1 yrs of relevant exp)
  • Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to set & manage targets/budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability in Sales Planning.
  • Good Articulation Ability, Decision making and Leadership Skills.
