Things to remember while entering the campus
certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team
- would need to produce valid negative RT-PCR report (72 hours) in case of single vaccination or if they have travelled between states despite being dual vaccinated
- Please wear masks, & follow Covid protocols
- Documents to Carry:
- Carry a print out your updated resume;
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)

Role Designation: Order Management S&P
Job location: Bangalore
Shifts : 24*7
Experience : 1 to 4 years
Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate / Business, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Law or Science.
Behaviors & Attributes:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Order Management & Telecom domain/jargons
- Knowledge and understanding of analytics and MIS tools
- Very good customer service orientation
- Able to interpret and follow process document guidelines
- Enthusiastic and able to drive own activities
- Able to communicate to the point in a quick and effective manner, ability to summarize information
Role Activities:
- Telecom background or Order Management experience is MUST
- Conducts training for the team in Order to Ensure right skilling
- Supports the TL by training people on process/domain as part of the growth plan
- Responsible to handle daily volume queue management
- Production support/ Mentor new members of the respective team
- Develop effective working relationship with internal and external clients
- Possess very good communication skills Written and Verbal
- Able to resolve process queries
- Ability to come up with process improvement ideas and drive them to closure
- Maintaining SOPs, Process update tracker and Artifacts for audits
- Proactively raise any issues early in the process to team leads as well as be able to propose improvement suggestions in day to day work.
- Be able to interpret requests and determine what is required to achieve the desired goals
