Technical and Soft Skill sets required:

• Conceptualizing creative ideas.
• Testing and improving the designs of the current websites.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
• Working with different content management systems.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing sample pages including colours and fonts.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
• A relevant degree in the field of CSE/IT/ECE etc.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development web languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Candidates with experience in Java Script libraries/frameworks will be given preference.
• Knowledge of Static Site Generators will be huge plus.
• Good understanding of content management systems.
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Proficient in responsive designs of website for various mobile interfaces/resolutions.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques and technologies.
• Good communication skills.
• - Be competent with the WebFlow or similar platforms and building pages (Sitecore, Episerver etc.)
• - Knowledge of Workflow design solutions including Chilli-Publish, Outsystems,Appian etc would be a strong plus.
• - Be able to convert specs into aesthetic, on brand pages
• - Have intermediate graphic design skills
• - Ensure pages meet requirements on all devices
• - Have intermediate-advanced HTML/CSS experience
• - Have excellent English, communication skills & fast responsiveness
• Bonus if
• - You have specifically built a lot of landing pages in the past
• - You have some knowledge about digital marketing best practices
• - You have some experience building web banners
• - Using wireframe tools
