Job Criteria:

• Good computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Must be okay to work in 24*7 / Rotational Shift
• 6 Working days 1 Week-Off

Job Description :

• Have to take calls from the customers. ( OUTBOUND VOICE PROCES )
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Must have a Laptop/Desktop

Must have Broadband/Wi-Fi

Must have licensed version of Windows 10

Must have updated antivirus

Fresher & Experience both can apply
