Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform outbound calls to insurance companies (payer calls) to resolve claims issues. 2. Work on hospital billing claims (UB-04), including inpatient, outpatient, and ER services. 3. Follow up on pending claims and initiate appeals or corrections as needed. 4. Analyze EOBs/ERAs to identify and resolve underpayments, denials, or rejections. 5. Document call outcomes and actions in the billing system accurately. 6.
